Sales of the 3rd Point Pistol Stock are restricted to military and law enforcement units. Purchasers must provide a letter from their chief law enforcement agent or head of dept/unit saying that they are acquiring the items on behalf of the agency/unit and that they are not for individual use, resale, or transfer before a sale will be processed.
A pistol with the 3rd Point Pistol Stock installed meets the ATF definition of a short barreled rifle (SBR). All pistols in photos and videos on this website are registered as SBRs with the ATF. It is up to purchasers to ensure that their use or attachment of this product complies with all fedral, state, and local laws/regulations.
